TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service govern commercial engagements and artistic productions provided by AR Graphical Dreams, based in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India, covering project workflows, payment milestones, and intellectual property rights.
1. SCOPE OF WORK & APPROVALS
All creative deliverables, timelines, and revisions are defined in the project brief and itemized quotation. Work proceeds following agreed milestone sign-offs. Revisions within the contracted scope are completed promptly; scope additions outside initial parameters are quoted transparently.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
Upon full settlement of project fees, all commercial usage rights, master video files, and delivered marketing assets belong exclusively to the client. AR Graphical Dreams retains the right to display completed works in its portfolio and showreels unless an explicit non-disclosure agreement stipulates otherwise.
3. CONCEPT WORK NOTICE
Projects specifically designated on the website as "Concept film — created to demonstrate capability" represent internal studio proof-of-concept pieces developed to demonstrate technical proficiency, rather than contracted commercial client work.
4. JURISDICTION
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.
